Netdirekt/LeaseWeb again messed up the connection?

2 of my servers are down. Opened support ticket 40 minutes ago, still no reply. Just when I need them the most.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I can see leaseweb is up so much be netdirekt only?

yes my servers are also back online now (downtime 1h:36m )

LeaseWeb bought Netdirekt last December but the networks are not integrated yet.
