EuroVPS is down!

My managed VPS is down for about five hours...
EuroVPS support isn't really helpful in informing me about the specifics of the problem. I still don't know if it's a network issue or a server issue.
Anybody else with the same problem with EuroVPS?

You have a managed vps? Then they should inform you about the problem?

After six (or more) hours of downtime I still don't know what's the problem and how long it'll take to bring my server up again.

http://eurovps.com/ is working just fine. You should contact them as it is not their network or server problem

We are disappointede with EuroVPS too. We had various downtimes in the last months, and always the support people are very elusive, and often talk about other VPS causing problems on the same "node". I bought a VPS to be protected from neighbors!
