VAServ/CheapVPS Down?

A VPS I use is down at VAServ/CheapVPS... The user portal is messed up so I can't submit a ticket, and I can't seem to find a phone number to call for support... Anybody else having problems?

VAServ/CheapVPS is part of Namesco now after BlueSquare Data sold their Poundhost division to Dada.

There's a phone number on the Namesco site (http://www.names.co.uk/contact.html) so perhaps try calling them? They might not be able to help you directly (it's almost certainly going to be a different division as CheapVPS don't seem to offer phone support) but they can likely point you in the right direction.

We got in touch with the client and this appears to be a billing issue. Everything seems to be operational and we're sorting billing with the client.
