my server is down

I got this email recently:

1am 3am (eastern standard time )

Reason for Maintenance:

Router software update.

Summary:
------------------------------
We will be updating the software on our core routing gear this weekend. Once the software update is complete we will be required to perform a reboot. During this time our network will be down for roughly 3-4 minutes. We apologize for this inconvenience.

But my server has been down for about 20 minutes now. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Yeah, turns out it was an issue on my server (oom-killer killed everything). I'm keeping an eye on it and getting HiVelocity to add their reboot panel so I can reboot my server myself if any issues come up.
