Hello , my servers on TMS are offline ( http://www.tailormadeservers.com ), their site is offline too and i cannot create tickets to request help , i have a massive packet loss since this morning , but now servers are definitive downs:

It's back up as of now. The outage wasn't even long enough to trip our Pingdom monitoring (1 min check, fails after 3 checks), not sure if it was location specific... I haven't noticed any packetloss all day until this started about 5 minutes ago or so.

I know Jose mentioned they were going to do a network upgrade in the future, Then again, this could have just been a DDOS attack of sorts. Either way, it's back up...

This is very unstable , every 10 minutes i got network loss on all my servers on tms.

It works fine from here.

Maybe just try to call them instead?
