Hello,

As the others said, Our network wasn't down. Two other things, Clients.webnx.com is not "our network" this is our billing/helpdesk and is on a different network (it was also not down as your trace made it to the gateway). The second thing (why you didn't see any ping replies) that particular server has icmp disabled (ping).
