VPSBD.net is down?

From yesterday, vpsbd.net is down, and all DNS record (ns1.vpsbd.net) was died without notice. So I hope I found many helpful information to understand this problem.

Please fix some issue, it's down again more than 400minutes

i suggest you separate your web with server you sell, so i don't need to post to forums about problem/issue.

we have responsbility to give information to clients about the problem.

ok, vbsbd.net i hope you still have good willing to fix your management.

I think it wasn't fixed. Server is down again,

The monitor Server 8 (server8.uphost.info) is currently down.

my master reseller account is deleted without any notification

and all of my clients are also deleted

My clients primary data more than a hosting account

we can just create a new account, but we can not simply restore the client data

vpsbd root should give a warning to me via email if there are things that I violated the terms of service

I demanded that the master reseller account under the client's account along with my order restored, along with the data in it

Oh, this is easy because we cancel your service through a reseller from you. Your UK Server is bad. I remember 3 months we used with DNS ns1.vpsbd.net, ns2.vpsbd.net.

Hope you know we leave you, not try to liar something.

We do not have any UK server all our server is in USA. Please, confirm to whom you are dealing with.

My review security=poor , for migration he's good at least in 3 months I use he's server clients files migrated well. Bad management something like comunication, when he's server being rooted (hacked) I already warned him by livezilla, because I Found file root.htm in some client's accounts, but ... I don't know how he use livezilla for.

I Hope you can up your server, and keep client's files safe

He has the company for sale on here.. so maybe they are in trouble and looking for a quick way out..

Just curious though, If someone was willing to buy the company and rebuild it - would any of you be willing to stay and give the new owner a try?
