If I may be so bold to ask: Who told you this? We have No cut of any sort. No fiber down, no ANYTHING down.

'Hostfly' has services with us, which some are currently halted as we are working with BurstNET to resolve an outstanding issue (their VPS in specific has had the abuse issues). The details can be viewed in our client section for our clients.

I would like to know where hostfly received this specific information.

hostfly.in is very bad host, they have no honor to commit to their claimed guarantees listed in here :

hostfly.in/guarantee.php

Here's what I got recently form hostfly.in:

Code:
Hello,

Their is a IP mis-route issue in our datacenter (BURSTNET) scranton. As per datacenter executives, the problem will be resolved later today. Stand by for updates:--

This was three days ago - the problem never got resolved though. I have waited patiently for over a week of downtime and now just switching over to a different host. Too bad I lost my money. Be very cautious of this hosting show...

Hello,

Greetings from Hostfly!

For last few days our upstream was working with BURSTNET to resolve from non-notified abuse issue. However till today we have received no specifics of the complaint/abuse conducted via one of our server. We are in talks with HostingFuze regarding the same. It took nearly 7 days for them and no specifics have been conveyed to us.

As per BurstNET policies, they first notify and wait for 24 hours for the positive reply/action taken report and in case they don't receive the same then they have rights to suspend services. However in our case all polices have been kept aside and they suspended one of our server as well as a server of hostingfuze(one) without notifying.

We usually never suspend without notification prior soyou have a chance to fix an issue. However, if you said you solved an issue and the SAME EXACT ISSUE comes up again, we will suspend due to being basically lied to about itthe first time.

I am not saying that is the case here. I'll let our abuse people look Into it and ask hostfly/hostingfuze to pm me the particulars so I canhave them looked into
