Same problem.. yesterday downtime was 40 minute..

Hello!

Issue has been solved, we have taken steps this issue should not occur again. We have installed a brand new routing engine this evening in our corerouter. A brand new redundant routing engine will be installed aswell today afternoon (no downtime involved).

We apologise for the inconvenience and want to thank the customers who supported us in this situation.
