Dear Customrs,

Are server provider Virtually Dedicated has not responded to us at this time. We have been trying to contact them now for the last 5 hours as there ticket system was down. I have emailed 4 times asking for answers and have not recieved any at this time. I am still waiting for a response and will update this here when I have more information.

There is an updated now that our servers have come back up and we have talked with virtually dedicated who has said that this was a container issue. We have already provided our members with a prorated adjustment for the downtime.
