hello my server is down. any one else facing same problem?

The whole Softlayer's network is down and 100TB is hosted with them.

It looks like Washington DC is going down the hill. I got lots of bandwidth drops over there. Dallas is fine (except for the reported issue of yesterday).

Today, the bandwidth keeps dropping every hour or so in Washington.

It looks like they got hit by DDOS a lot lately. And they are doing nothing about. Currently my uptime is worst on Softlayer Washington then FDC.
