I guess they forgot to pay the domain and it expired.

edit: Call the owner and tell him about it. There is a phone number in the whois.

Domain isn't expired but it's not pointing to any IP.

Maybe the owner is out of town or something and doesn't even know the domain has expired. If you are a native english speaker try calling him, could help.

We have renewed it and this is all down to the people at Tech-Hosts.co.uk

We are currently working with them on this issue.

We where unable to transfer the domain name away from them, and now they are not renewing for us.

love-vps.com is available - go grab it quickly and use it as a temporary domain until the main one is fixed

That is horrible!
Do write a review of them on here which will hopefully get their attention. It's mandatory that you transfer it to a reputatable domain registration provider such as Namecheap or ENOM as soon as possible.
