solidhost network down

Their main site is up but the VPS I have with them is down, so is their customer portal: https://portal.solidhost.com.

Would appreciate some info please...

Down again. They say it is a serious DDOS attack, just what we need .

Do they host on SmartDC ?

Yes they are also hosted in SmartDC and experienced same problems as we did this night.
Everything should be stabilized again.

We were down and back up in less than 10 minutes so anything still down now could be individual servers that don't want to boot.

Down again! Solidhost uptime is really terrible! No phone support en every time something goes down, which happens monthly, there only form of support also goes down. Everything is on the same network, so when you are down, there is no support!!
