i have opened a ticket but still no reply

{total downtime now is 5 hours}

Have you had any luck? i have a premium vps and 3 other regular vps and two of them are down, I have 1 vps and 1 premium vps that is up.

nope....
and the worst is they have not replied my ticket yet

its been 5 hours i have opened the ticket but still no answer

{total downtime now is 7 hours}
