My apologies for the lack of our response. We have been dealing with this outage all day today. Apparently, we are not the only ones who have been affected:

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1072946

I can confirm that the machines are running but we are still experiencing some network issues at the DC. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will do my best to keep you guys posted in a timely manner.

Thanks a lot for the reply, I have seen the other posts after posting, I'm a quite new customer but I'm really satisfied with the speed, and support of Kazila. I can see, it's not your fault...

Thanks for understanding.

Good news. Services should of been restored at this point. If anyone has any issues, please email me directly (nate@kazila.com).

Looks like I spoke too soon. I'll keep you guys posted.

I'm still not able to answer emails in a timely manner due to the outage. I apologize about this to all of our clients.

We are still experiencing around 75% packet loss. Unfortunately, it seems as if North TX Connect/ColoGuys went down hill and took us with them without any type of notification. My staff and I are furious at this point.

If issues have not been resolved within the next few hours we are going to pull the hardware and rack it elsewhere within the Dallas area.

EDIT: Services are down again.

As of right now, services have been restored.

I am also co-located with cologuys/northtxconnect and had an outage lasting between 11:52PM Central to 3:48AM Central. I have been trying for nearly 3 months to contact them, ever since we experienced a 13+ hour outage on 8/10. They do not reply to my emails, my support tickets are all On Hold, and their phone #s all go to voice mail or a messaging service -- none of my messages have ever been returned. The only communication I have gotten from them at all was regarding an IP address change (and they did respond to my reverse DNS request, although after several days)

I would like very much to pick up my equipment but I do not even know where their "new" datacenter is physically located, and do not want to drive 300+ miles to end up at the wrong place with no way to contact them.

If any of y'all can help, please advise. I would very much appreciate it.

Michael,

I feel that I need to share the truth about North Texas Connect since many of NTC's customers have called us recently. For your information, North Texas Connect (http://northtxconnect.com) is no longer our customer. They have moved all their equipments on 08/10/2011 to a new data center called Aeprio Networks (http://aeprio.com). From what I heard, none of their customers were notified about this migration. Their phone number is 866-304-6930 and their address is 8130 John W Carpenter Fwy, Dallas Tx 75247-4721.

Although NTC's website still shows our picture and address, starting 08/10/2011 they were no longer our customer. I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you,

I just talked to the owner of Aeprio.com and apparently, the latest news is that Daniel Romanowski, the owner of North Texas Connect has moved all their clients including their equipments once again to One Empire Building at 1140 Empire Central Suite 470, Dallas TX 75247 which is leased to Daniel's other company called Noc24 (http://noc24.com).

This is the website of the building: http://www.andrews-dillingham.com/Co...oneempire.html

Hope this helps.

Has anyone been able to get their servers back from cologuys / north texas connect.

They don't reply to email or phone calls that go to their answering service..

Chuang2011,

From what I heard, some of the previous NTC customers had help from the police department in getting their equipment. However, a source told me that NTC will send your equipment if you can get to them. Did you contact the number on their website or Daniel Romanowski's phone number (the owner) directly?

rey,

Thanks for the fast reply. I have contacted the number on the website numerous times and left messages with the answering service, that goes no where.

I do not know Daniel's number, would you be able to get this information for me?

Thanks!

Chuang2011,

Yes, I will be glad to assist you. Despite of what Daniel had done, I believe it is virtuous not to post his personal phone number in this public forum. However, please feel free to PM or contact me at 214-432-0419 and ask for me.

Best regards,
