At least they are alerting their customers, some companies just go down and send emails out right as they go down. 5 Hours isn't that bad with notice.

All clients were emailed on the 11th, I only posted this here, twitter, and facebook knowing people do not read their email.

Yeah, so a 5 Hr. Downtime isn't bad since the clients were notified on the 11th, that it would happen on the 18th.
