Curlhost down?

I've had one down for 3 days, and no response from them :-(

Nothing critical on there and I have backups running elsewhere, but it'd be nice to hear from them :-)

Anyone else have VPS's with them and have issues?

Yup, mine's been down since 8/27/2011 9:28 EDT. I've opened a ticket, but I'm not getting any response at all. I won't be renewing my VPS with them, even if they come back up.

I have one with them. Found to be down from two days back. No response for support message. They have been good for the 2+ years I have been with them. But this time I would be loosing a lot if they loose my data.

Mine has also been down since 8/27th. I've sent in two tickets (the first one closed). It also appears that their website is now down. I'll go ahead and take a guess that they are now dead.

I just looked to see if they had any profiles on Twitter or Facebook and I cannot find anything. They may just be down at the moment - do you have there PayPal e-mail address from where you have sent payments (login to PayPal and grab the details from your last payment) you may get a response on that address as its likely they use it to pay there bills and notifications when they get money.

I already opened disputes with PayPal, never heard back from them, have escalated it to a claim and expect will receive a PP refund in due course, at this point reasonable to conclude they're dead and move on. I have all my data and have already migrated.
