Sharkspace down

More than 2 hours already (possibly more, didn't check) my site is down. I let them know immediately and they said they were already working on it. Yet they can't fix it in more than 2 hours? Their main site is still up. Have had lots of downtime with sharkspace and I'm probably going to move elsewhere.

The server is STILL down, approaching 3 and a half hours. Sharkspace support doesn't even know what the issue is:

Gino: [5:52:36 AM] Okay. Our senior admins are working on this
[5:52:55 AM] why don't they just transfer everyone to a new server
[5:53:51 AM] tell me what exactly is the issue
Gino: [5:54:14 AM] we didn't get any update from them.

Btw, I have asked them what the issue was multiple times (different times), they couldn't answer.

Not even a day later and the site is down again. Of course the live chat is not even responding.

They've just said the reason for the issue:

Jacob: [3:32:59 AM] Wesley, the server is having high load which causing ths issue

So, it takes this long (site still down), to fix a simple high load server?
