Hello,

i got call from my client about VPS down !
after try to reboot VPS from SoulusVM but not get reply from panel

and did tracert from the 2 location to my IP and get Requested timed out:

POSTiGA,

Have you already contacted SemoWeb about the issue to get some feedback directly from them? If not, I would do that as they may be able to give you the most information in regards to the situation.

I would suggest opening a ticket with them directly or giving them a call. If you have already tried that, leave the ticket # here and i'm sure Dustin will get to it.

Hello,

We did face an issue with the server ( Slave 4) and its coming back online.

Your vps will come online in order according to its CTID.

I just got notice from our techs that all containers on Slave 4 are back online.

Please be informed we are facing issue due to fault with motherboard and cables which is connected.

Our network engineers are working on this issue to get the server back online.

Hello,

That's correct host dime is still doing the rsync due to the fsck which caused missing dependencies. We as well as host dime are doing our best to restore service asap.
