Semoweb Problem - Can you please check ?

Hello Guys,

I host multiple sites with semoweb such as silentgun.com and wallpaperhost.com . I am having continous problems accessing the sites in the last 2 days. I have also received numerous reports from my buyers at other webmaster forums that they can not access the sites at all or the access is very slow.

Can you please check the sites and let me know if there are any problems at your end ?

We have been happy with semoweb so far and its' unfortunate that they are having so many problems.

I have just tried a ping test from the uk, average time was 132ms over 4 packets.

the page load is pretty slow, do you have access to see the cpu usage ect ? i.e. cpanel/whm ? as i dont think it's a connectivity problem,

All services are up according to service status via WHM.

System information
Server load 1.73 (4 CPUs)
Memory Used 53.86% (4,398,944 of 8,167,432)
Swap Used 0.01% (120 of 2,048,276)

I have contacted semoweb about this. Your more likely to get a faster response directly from them.

I am currently in touch with them for the last 2 days however I just want to confirm once again on an international level that the problem exists.

Problem is still going on. I am really questioning my choice for semoweb at the moment.

Yes, I have.

The problem is that the server is up however it is extremely slow to a point of no connection. The problem has been going on for the last week or so however the situation aggrevated over the last 2 days where the sites are now nearly inaccessible.

All I am getting from semoweb support is that there are/were some abusers on the server and they are terminating their accounts however the problem goes on and on and on and on with each of their updates...
