Hello,

Has anybody in the server vps WebRulon (AlienteVPS)?
I'm almost 24 hours with my servers offline and the company takes a lot to answer a ticket and resolve the problem.

You are also having problems?

So is mine. I presume they are still having troubles with their Las Vegas DC. My "Abduction" VPS is still online in New York

It is only the servers are offline DC Las Vegas.
More than anything they answer tickets.

Their site are also down now...
Can't access alienlayer.com and alienvps.com
My VPS on ny9 also currently down..

Hello,

So far nothing online, and already have 1 day on 12 hours offline and no one answers.
This is bad saw, the company could at least send an email.

My servers back online, will migrate to another company and request a refund.

Mine are online.... But they seem to reboot the physical node at least once or twice per day.

I would get a backup at the very least..
