Hello,

If anyone from Precision Effect is here, could you please PM me. I submitted a ticket via email over an hour ago (as your support center says "too many connections" and is not allowing me access to it), however I am unsure if you have even received my email if your support system is down.

My site looks to have been down for over an hour and a half...

Any response would be much appreciated.

Well, site still down and two and a half hours now with no email response even acknowledging that they received my email. I'm not even sure their support system is up since I can't even get into their support center.

Anyone else having problems?

If anyone can actually contact someone at precision effect via phone, it would be much appreciated.

I should at that when I go to my main page ../index.php it is simply a white screen. Same for my forums, etc.
