I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with any of these services.

I have a small VPS with bigvps which has been down for nearly 2 full weeks.

Contacted Ray 10 days ago and got the usual prompt and professional response saying it should be back later that day.

Since then nothing, no reply to further email enquiries, no sign of it coming back up.

Wondered if this was another major outage like the last or if others were affected? Alternatively any other ideas for how to proceed. I wanted to send him a PM as I saw he was active on this forum recently, but I don't seem to be able to (get a permission denied error when I try to send a PM).

So still no contact.

Are there any other customers here?

Really not sure what to do now. It's been 12 days since last email contact - I've been emailing him every day for the last week now.

I found the AOL details from this forum (colo4jax) and tried contacting that way - I saw the account came online yesterday so he must be active and at the computer but again no response.

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? I guess we just need to look for another service.
