DMEHosting: VPS down for 10 hours

I have 2 VPS in DMEHosting.
At this point, already with 10 hours down.
dont pingable, dont have SSH access.
It had several tickets, tickets and upgraded I get no answers.
Apparently DMEHosting has a 24 / 7 support

You are just LUCKY.

My VPS is down since 28th of October and they are not updating their clients for the situation as usual. I've had 2 outages within this month(my first month) and it is about 5 days of downtime in total *for now*.

Last time they said it is because of a maintenance on their RAID array and now they are saying they are transferring data. It is not easy to get an answer from them for a support ticket also. It takes a lot of time and at least two replies from you without them having replied once.

Besides 3 of you, is there any other people also experiencing the same thing now?
They used to reply the tickets quite fast in the past...
