Posted by dexx, 11-10-2011, 07:19 AM
It seems all their network is down, does anybody knows whats wrong?

Posted by bear, 11-10-2011, 07:19 AM
Looks that way from here. Can't reach ours, and the main TMS site either.

Posted by csgo, 11-10-2011, 07:20 AM
Our servers at tailormadeservers.com have been down for nearly 15 minutes. I can't get to tailormadeservers.com either so I guess their whole system is down.

I checked their twitter page and no updates.

Anyone know whats going on?

Thanks,
-Joe

colo4.com is also down.

hopefully its not power issue like it was earlier..

Posted by dexx, 11-10-2011, 07:22 AM
it seems only tailormadeservers affected. colo4 is available...

No mention of anything on https://accounts.colo4.com/status/ at this point.

I think It's colo4.com/Colo4Dallas outage.

Backup up, Pingdom says 12mins

Posted by Patrick, 11-10-2011, 07:24 AM
All of our servers are up and receiving traffic, although Pingdom is reporting outages. It looks to be affecting certain carriers? It's 100% not a total outage.

Backup now.

We saw the same (in colo4), with siteuptime reporting a problem, but our two monitoring sites showing none.

Up now. Whew.

Posted by dexx, 11-10-2011, 07:30 AM
up now. wonder what was wrong...

Jose should have offline site in order something like this happen.

My 3 servers were unreachable for 16 minutes. I'm NOT happy about this (after their 7 hour outage a few months ago).

The colo4 site was SUPPOSED to be on a different reachable network.

Will be contacting Sales in the morning about this.

TMS is back, but ours aren't.

May be Level3 issues as colo4 seems to be rerouting through above.net

They are routing via above.net for some time now. Not that im happy with it. Level 3 is the way to go for quality bandwidth.

Only started this morning for us (when we showed outage/down through 3rd party - though servers were up) between our Toronto and colo4 facilities.

Looks like it's having issues again, so reopened. Please keep on topic.

Yes confirmed again.

Back up for me.

PS: I am not a TMS customer, but a colocation customer of Colo4, where TMS appears to located.

Looks like Colo4 is having issues with one of their upstream providers. I haven't received an official RFO yet, as it seems the issue is not yet fully resolved unfortunately.

Colo4 just confirmed to me that Level3 is having problems and they removed them from route.

Down again?

I can't access my server and 3rd party monitoring is showing it down as well.

Posted by Speckz, 11-10-2011, 08:45 PM
Never mind, it was a server and not a network issue.

Posted by VPSForge-Ray, 11-11-2011, 02:25 AM
Pingdom reported yesterday that my site was down twice for almost 10 and 20 minutes.

I got a lot of disconnections today , disconnections from 5 ~ 10 seconds , on a gameserver this can be a frustrated situation.
