Asheville Down, portal.netriplex.com down ..

Just called them and they told they are working on this.

Would this happen if they were still Netriplex and not Immedtion?

I believe this is the second interruption we have with them..

They provide any additional details? We're 100% down as well. I thought they were supposed to have a redundant client area..(At least what they said last time an outage happened)

Yes, we are down as well.

Did they at least mention what is going on ? Network? Power? I am afraid this is power ..

All our racks are A-OK. Maybe they're all slowing coming online, or you have a switch problem.

Actually it just seems to be from various locations it's down but up from some.

Yes, via level3 from dallas still shows issues, but from Austin over RR is fine.

I got some network alerts these last 10 minutes. Everything fine for you ?

Hmm.. Try to launch 2 consecutive (less than 2 secs interval) connections to an open port (not SSH and not http - 'non default ports'). Please verify if the second one and third one works or if it will timeout.

We do monitor ping and TCP. Ping is fine but tcp is acting weird.

No idea, but the latest was apparently due to IOS and cooling issue with a core router.
