Ubiquity Dallas - Offline

Anyone else down at the moment? The network went down about an hour ago and it looks like the routes are no longer being advertised? We haven't been able to get any updated information in a while...

Patrick,

What's your ticket ID?

We're aware that it's down and we'll provide more information as soon as we have more information to provide.

As always, a complete RFO will be posted to http://support.ubiquityhosting.com/ once the dust has settled.

Thank you for your patience.

Thanks guys, network looks to be back up.

Since I have your attention, I should mention that submitting a ticket with your portal always gives me "LiteSpeed HTTP Error 503 - Service unavailable" errors. It did it last month and it did it today, just thought I would bring that to your attention.

I submit test tickets regularly and it's never happened to me, but if you submit a ticket with any relevant information specific to your case we can take a look at it. Make sure to include information like your browser version just in case our techs need it.

What browser are you using? I'm using Chrome. It does it on every ticket, but the ticket still gets sent. Very weird...
