Hi,

I want to know, and I question those of NORDICVPS (if you see your topic please answer).And just not recover, that's the situation?

My server is down (88.198.219.101)

Support for nordicvps and control panel is down too

I had paid services for one year.
I need to recover information.

Anyone know what happens ?

I would give them a little more time, before accusing them of being a scam. I would reccomend checking the twitter daily, to see if they post any updates through it.

Do we need to understand this "copy all your important data from there before next outage" or "really sorry that we caused a lot of trouble and this will never happen again?".

Hetzner should never of revealed that information to anybody apart from the company owner over at nordicvps. Nor should you ask Hetzner about problems with nordicvps.

Cant really blame Hetzner. But then that could just be a static reply. Nordic could always tell everyone why the whole network was stopped.
my VPS has an uptime of 32 days so its not a hardware issue

I would provide them with a little a longer period, before blaming them of being a con. I would reccomend examining the tweets day-to-day, to see if they publish any improvements through it.

I have a feeling they may end up going under, website is down and no response to support tickets, posts on here or twitter messages, it's like they dropped off the face of the planet.

my VPS was up and working for about 2 days but has now done exactly the same, nordicvps.com/vpsmgr.com is up but my VPS wont boot, another support ticket logged.

also noticed they have done a price increase on there website.

getting a bit tired of this

My VPS has been down since the 6th. Opened several tickets, not even the courtesy of replying back.

Been asking for reverse DNS setup for well over 6 months, still haven't got that.

For the last several months, I experience atleast 5+ days of downtime EACH MONTH!

This is by far the most horrible service I have ever used.


Now this time it tops the cake, Down for almost 3 Weeks.. With Not Even A REPLY BACKKKK!!! WTF

I am filing disputes on all of my payments made to Nordic, And I urge everyone with the same problems as me to do the same thing.

I'm guessing Nordic is about bankrupt. The owner, or one of the owers moved to the US for a while to start a backup divison for Nordic. My friend was the only employee for a about 6 months and was finally laid off when they closed up shop about a year ago.

I'm sure nothing is different with the VPS division. Customers jumping ship left and right. Get out now!

Not 48 hours, now it's 96 hours.

At least, he is alive.

He should publish it in the first minute of downtime.

Let's hope service can be restored soon (not in N/A time), at least for logging in and backup most recent files.

Circumstances like this show us how important is backing up our servers every day.

You should read older NordicVPS reviews where downtime varies between 3 weeks to 3 months (yes, you're reading it right - yearly prepaid customers had 3 months of downtime before sean restored service back).
I have no idea how he catch more victims after so many downtimes, screw-ups, reviews, warnings. This NordicVPS guy Sean (if that's his real name anyway) is notorious liar and I would imagine that people use some brains before they order service...
