Hi all,

I have just noticed that the xtrahost.co.uk is offline the same as my VPS server.

Anyone know why?

They're having network issues in london which they've said are being looked into at the moment

Try sending them an email if you have their private email ID ?

I have contacted the provider and they having issue with network, as their website is down too.

their website now is up and running, what about customers servers or vps?

They sent out email notifications very quickly, did you not get them? (Check your spam folder maybe?)

The downtimes is freak me out, the xtrahost very serious company with very good reputation and they fixed the issue a several hours ago.

Last time I had a downtime it was with cheapvps provider and downtime last for at least 2 days, as the issue was more serious than network loop.
