ServerPronto is completely inaccessible

Posted by WannaBeGeekster, 12-08-2011, 08:31 PM
Anyone else feeling the heat? Their phones are down, their servers are down, everything is down... Not feeling very good about this situation... I understand if they use VoIP phones and their network is down that the phones will not work either.

Oh well any news or updates would be very wonderful to hear.

We are back online now. Service has been spotty all day and then it went down for a good hour or two. I have to admit I have been with Server Pronto for over 7 years now and this is the first problem of this magnitude I have experienced. Was pretty scary. lol.

Wonder if something else might be up...I received the e-mail below about two hours before they went offline...If someone obtained access to their customer list then I'm sure they could've had access to other information...

Down for me how about you guys?

On 12/08/2011 a failure in a core router at our Miami Data Center caused an outage for a number of our customers. This problem was identified and corrected as quickly as possible, and should have not impacted our customer's service for more than 3 hours.
We profoundly apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

Kind regards,
Your ServerPronto Team
