Yeah, my VPS was rebooted too.

Yup, I only noticed that mine have crashed because your's crashed. Now I have 300+ DB's to repair.

One of my site is still down after 15 hours. DB seem to have crashed. Sent several emails but no one bothered to responde or fix this issue. Has to be the worst ever since i joined 4 years back. The dismal support makes me worried now.

anyone else still has issues?

aha thanks. I remember calling them and you can never talk to those guys, always go to voicemail. I will try my luck

I use them for shared hosting. Had a dedi which i cancelled few months back since the site wasn't doing any massive traffic anymore.

I sent emails again about 20 mins and no one has responded yet. Lack of phone support makes me mad right now.

PS: are you server back up online?

Posted by HumzaB, 12-13-2011, 05:59 AM
I've never dealt with them directly, so wouldn't know. I have a VPS through KiloServe.

I'm back online and working fine.

aha ok. One of my server is backup and running but another has issue. The site isnt able to connect to DB. I wonder if the whole DB is down, it could be affecting many others. Its kinda depressing that no one is working on this issue for last 15 hours

finally backup online. They said they didnt get my emails coz it went to spam. Oops, anyways happy to be back online.
