exactly what did I say to make "knuckleheads" think that I expected great things from such a "cheapo" service? I merly asked if anyone knew their status.

Where exactly did you get across them in the first place? That would also be the place to investigate about their status. Yet it is pretty obvious that they won't live long and can be gone overnight, that's what people are trying to tell you and that nobody really bothers because they actually hurt the industry, both providers and customers.
