Anyone else confirm issues at SecuredServers?

I opened a ticket last 17 hours ago about outages and I have not received a reply either... sad sad days here.

Disappointing.

Do they need a new network expansion again?

Hmm...we had some issues over night. The response was that there was a planned maintenance, but they were not expecting it to affect public space. Unfortunately it did. We have been back up for a long time now, since maybe 3am EST.

We also have been getting quick responses to unrelated tickets.

I'd recommend to give them a call if you are not having luck with their support desk, which is strange.

Good luck to all involved.

You might be a odd case since you are a large reseller for them and they are giving you priority.

The outage last night was not maintenance. I just received a reply after bumping my ticket once more:

Quote:
Steven,

I apologize that you did not receive a reply yesterday. We did experience an issue last night with a piece of our networking hardware. The drop that just occurred was not related and we're working on investigating the problem now. We apologize for any inconvenience and please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

That's strange Steven as it's not what we got according to our night shift techs who dealt with it and contacted the DC.

Sorry again for all the downtime, that's never fun, especially during Holidays. Tends to rune the mood.

I hope you are up soon.

Steven, at least, they were honest with you, their answer to my ticket (19 hours later) was

Quote:
Thank you for your patience, we apologize for the delay. It appears that your
server is currently passing traffic and is responding to our ping tests. If you
are still having problems, let us know and we can attach an IPKVM to your server
so you can further investigate. Please let us know if there is anything else we
can help you with.
