Is Comforthost's website down?

Yes, our website is currently experiencing routing issues in our alternative data center. Data center technicians are working on the issue and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

All client services are online.

Hi

We do host our main website in a 3rd party hosting provider. The idea was precisely to avoid comforthost.net being down and keep providing helpdesk and service, in case that anything major happens on any of the datacenter locations that we do use for colocation. Unfortunately, the company providing us hosting is experiencing major issues with one of his main core routers; and our website is down from most countries worldwide. We are told that service should be restablished very soon, in a matter of hours.

I would like to add that even if our main website and our panel is not available, the outage does not affect any of our dedicated servers: all are up and running. Further, if you experience other issues with your server, or you simply need a reboot, since our panel is not available, feel free to directly IM me on MSN (You can find that in this same WHT profile) and me or a technician will take care of this.

To answer the most recurring question that I'm getting all day: no, we are not closed. Rather the contrary, my funding lines keep being strong and Comforthost will keep investing and buying companies in the next few months to sustaint it's growth.

My sincere apologies for this mess.

This company don't care really about your customers, I have talked many times in chat ask many times in tickets to change my vps node and I don't received any answer my vps node are unstable since the first day many reboot many offline many problems, guys need to working first in people who 'invest' in company product before go and buy more company without keep house clean and full working. This is just a tip because I don't like company like this are like 'we have wonderful services wonderful team wonderful growth' but this are like a joke when you using this service company and see bad service in day basis and ask many times to be solved and no one care about you.
Sorry if this are no place to tell this but I am honest to tell this my vps are down again and I lost many times this are down...

This history can be a different if any people in this company really care about your customers because I lost many times I have requested to change to another stable node every downtime every reboot I have requested and received nothing I think this company are very reputable because I don't found many bad review, so guys in this company why don't listening your customers why tell for the world your are 'good' company and buy more company to keep growing ? any other company who read this please don't do the same thing if customer ask to change for another node or for another server more than 3 times do this don't make customer be crazy without listening...

Sorry but this morning my vps are down again and I lost last hope here to believe in this 'decent' company can be a real good company for customers...

Our website has been online for quite a bit of time now. If you are still experiencing any issues, please try the following:

  1. Clear your browser cache and try accessing our site again.
  2. Try another browser in order to see if the issue is with your ISP or browser.

If neither of those work, please get back to me and we can try a couple other things.

I have gone through the tickets and it seems that you where a customer on our first Centos6 node. This node was fully moved a week or so after being put in production, when we realized that Centos6 was not yet stable enough under a high load situations. I see that most of your tickets are from these dates.

Please note that you bought a product from spotvps. Spotvps is our budget line of VPS, and we do treat these as a completely separated line of products, servers and even support. Since I see that spotvps is not fullfilling your expectatives, please contact me or sales and we can arrange a comforthost VPS plan. I am open on taking into account the time that you did spend with our budget line of products.
