Yes, it's been down for an hour already. Even their website is not accessible.

last time they said it will not happened with paid cloud, but its down now

Looks like something inside their own DC. nLayer takes the packet to their routers, but it dies there, hmm..

Ryan says they are aware of the problem.

Most of our servers are working, our cloud segment is not.

Gnax's own nameserver is dead so that's a bit concerning.

I suspect its hosted on their SAS SAN which is dead in the water.

Servers reachable from some locations and not from some other. Same with gnax support portal http://support.gnax.net/ also.

At me ip and all ports(ftp...) work fine,except cpanel/whm ports (not online)

DNS still not resolving here for me

This is why DNS records should be served with at least one server in a different facility.

Of course, this is why many providers put their support services and even own website outside their facility.

Hope they get this resolved and everyone back online.
