SnelServer appears to be incurring an outage currently. Any word from SnelServer themselves? Snel Internet Services B.V. Our network provider is having planned maintenance, but it seems our mailing to announce this maintenance has not arrived at all customers. Maintenance should be completed in a few minutes at which we'll investigate why the mailing wasn't received.

The message you quoted addresses the issue, the maintenance has been completed and everything is back online.
