Network issue in LA through Packetexchange?

Anyone else seeing route issues going through LA right now? All traces seem to be dying at te2-0.cr2.lax1.us.packetexchange.net (69.174.120.142) or over GLBX routes...?

GLBX was having major issues earlier today. Perhaps it is still on-going.

We are seeing traces dying at these hops mainly... 11 po2.ar4.lax1.gblx.net (67.16.132.214) 10 e5-1-40g.ar6.lax1.gblx.net (67.17.111.65) 11 te2-0.cr2.lax1.us.packetexchange.net (69.174.120.142)
