Clook / Sub 6 down?

Hi All

I can't seem to get to Clook at all - all my sites there are down, and it seems their own websites (www.clook.co.uk, www.clook.us, www.clook.info) are all down as well?!

Yes, the Clook servers are down. All their own websites are down and their phone number (0845 867 2550) is dead too Been like this for quite a while now this morning...

Does anybody have any means to contact them. Tried Tweeting...

Looks to be DNS related.

I've been following on Twitter since the early hours. They got the DNS back up and also sent out the following:

Due to a number of un-foreseen issues this work caused issues with our DNS system (now resolved) and IP access to certain servers.

We will be detailing the issues in full once everything is 100% up and putting steps in place to ensure there isn't a re-occurrence.

There are still a number of servers outstanding - we are working on these but unfortunately as we require direct console access to the switches, it is taking longer than usual to make the changes.

Updates to follow.

Unfortunately one of our boxes is in the "number of servers outstanding" pile

Nightmare.
