I asked support if they could just reload backup of my database in mysql and this is the response i get::::

I am afraid what db backup are you talking about ? . You have your old db ? AS we did not restore any one's backup all site was same as like before just fixed our hardware issue none of sites are effected with this issue .

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need any further help.

So I guess I'm screwed.

Luckly I just moved to this host a week ago and still had my old host. So just changing my nameservers back to my old host. Will lose a week of members and info but better than being down. I would not recommend Host4Offshore to anyone.

It means they don't have backup solutions for shared account, just full backup for a server.
