Yep your right mrwaterdancer USManaged5 is offline.

I have contacted TMZVPS awaiting reply from them, hope they get it back online quick.

safe-sites - TMZVPS reply is actually quite slow .. .did you hear anything back from them yet?

Just got a reply from them:

We are aware of this issue and working as quickly as possible to resolve it and get everyone back online. All support tickets regarding this issue have been responded to.

The server went down and is having issues booting. We're pretty sure that it is due to a failed RAID controller at this time.

We are working as quickly as possible to get this replaced and the server back online and stable. Please note that NO data has been lost.

No, it's still offline. I can't access SolusVM too now.

Not all of the VPSs have booted yet. About half of them are booted up. Give it just a few more minutes and you will be back online.

My VPS is still offline and it has been offline for the past 4 hours.

All VPSs are up and running and have been for nearly an hour now. Can you please PM me with your server IP so I can verify that it came online properly?

I updated your ticket. iptables in your VPS was blocking all connections.

Hi Jonathan,

You guys also had hardware issue on the server my VPS is at. I was told the VPS was back up and it did come online for few minutes and now it's offline again. Well, as I was writing this I checked the website again and it's back online. Hopefully it will stay online this time.

You're on the same node (USManaged5). Let us know if you face any more issues, everything should be running stable now.

It seems Jonathan has updated everyone in this ticket. It was in fact the raid controller. Our monitoring systems kicked in about 2 minutes later and we were right on the issue. Everything should be resolved now and all VE's should be up and running. Things like these do happen, what matters is how fast we react on them .

Now the server time is not correct it display Thu Mar 15 03:35:09 GMT 2012, we are currently 14 March(GMT).
Lots of my scripts depends on correct date hope you correct this issue, i have try in whm without success.
