I apologize for the outage today. We had a bump in the network and it caused our all of our servers to go down including the server which hosts our client area to become inaccessible. Everything should be back up now and we are monitoring everything to make sure it stays online.

earlier this morning, when accessing the stream link(s) it would alert and refuse acess saying that it was infected. can you check on this.

I finaly did get someone to answer the phone and he was very pleasant. I understand that things can happen. It just worries me after three days, it going down, and no answer to calls or response from email.... it must have been a scam. I will think positive, and would like to do more business in the future.

Sure thing. I am going to open a ticket under your account and we will investigate this issue. :-) I will provide further updates via the ticket.

I'm glad everything was resolved. Thing's do happen and some are small, some are huge, I just mentioned something about this in another thread. It's always fusturating for the business and the customer either way, if it's small or big. Any server interruption or issues any size cause alot of problems and red flags. It just shows you though, depending how the provider and the business handles the situation if you should continue or leave, with these guy's. I would give them another chance.

They admitting to the issue and stated the reason for the outage, and now are wanting to help you and resolve the issue, they seem ontop of it.

I hope everything works out for you guy's. @Abenson, how long has ShoutcastCity been around / or in business now? I remember speaking with you in another thread, Are you the owner or just a employee? (Curious only).

Thanks.

We opened ShoutcastCity back in August of 2011. I am a part owner and we have a couple employees right now.

We have contacted the company that runs the ESET list to request removal. Not sure why we were on there but it should be resolved when they get to our request.
