DediDirect, Dallas Down?

Hi,
just wondering if anyone else has a dedi down with DediDirect in Dallas?

Best I can tell it is a network issue.

I concur they are pretty good about this though. I have no submitted a ticket though.

Softlayer reseller? Prob didn't pay their bills.

No issues here, 2 nodes on the same VLAN.

Not even close, they own their own hardware and colocate at CoreExchange.

Apparently it was limited to one cabinet.

Hello, yes the issue was with only 1 cabinet and I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please submit a ticket to request SLA credit, thank you.
