Anyone having problems with UrgentVPS?

Hello,
I am having problems accessing to my VPS at UrgentVPS. Tried to contact them but I got no response after 48+ hours.
I was really happy with them, as I have been with UrgentVPS for approximately 6 months, but I couldn't understand what is going on right now.
Are there anybody having connectivity problems to their VPS at UrgentVPS?
Note: Their website and support system is online, at least some of the portions. |

Due to my problems with the telephone company, I don't have any opportunity to call them. I asked one of my friends to contact them with Skype. I think he contacted to Ekin directly. He says Ekin is online but not responding.
I know this sounds weird, but I couldn't know the telephone company or the lines broken. But in a normal way, I wouldn't need to call a company which is doing business related with the internet, they need to respond the tickets.
Apart from that, I am not complaining, because sometimes people or companies have problems and they cannot return back to their clients. However, they need to tell the problem some way, maybe putting it on their website. I don't think explaining the problem has negative effects, but not responding to the tickets has and that will ruin the company's reputation.
It will be better to contact by myself with Ekin using Skype. By the way, are there anybody having connectivity issues to their UrgentVPS VPSs? |

I tried to contact Ekin (urgentvps-ekin) from Skype and I got no response. Today, their website is also down.
It seems they are facing a real problem. |

VPS is back online. I don't know what caused the problem. Still having issues connecting to the client page. |

Are you sure it's not a problem on your end? Try connecting to their site through a VPN or run a traceroute. |

I am unable to connect to their site as well. I have also tried a VPN and it comes up with a connection error for me. Looks like you are correct. Something really went wrong there. |

I did try using vpn or is-up sites but urgentvps.com looks down too. |

I have lost connection with my VPS at 12.04.2012, and I tried to reboot it using the client panel. Reboot was not successful and the VPS was stuck at the locked state.
During the beginning of the downtime, I was able to access their website, urgentvps.com and after 2 days, their website is completely down at my side.
The VPS came back online at 17.04.2012 evening and from that day I can access my VPS, but I still cannot access to their website. |

Sounds to me that it may be time to look for a new host while you can still access your VPS to backup/move your files. |

You are right TheWareHive and after the VPS was back online, I moved all my websites to another host in a few hours.
I don't need 1000 HP VPS, as I don't have such websites and my VPS is the smallest package but the availability of service and the support is very important. |

UrgentVPS is having a real problem, they don't even inform their customers about it. If I can access the support, I will probably ask what caused the problem but their support system is also down. I just wanted to say access to UrgentVPS is also down from my side. |
