WebHostingPad down 8-10 times in a week

I am really facing problem because of the regular outage of WebHostingPad, atleast 8-10 times a week and few hrs ago it was as long as 2 hrs. Just worst in industry.

Its time for you to look for reliable provider in that case.If you like there service ask them for moving to account to new server.

Have they said what the issue is or why there have been so many downtimes?

As others have mentioned have they provided an explanation for the downtimes?

Also have you personally noticed these downtimes or are they ones reported by uptime monitors? Is it also worth considering that the server firewall may be blocking your monitoring server.

This was also my experience with them, when I used them, approximately one year ago.
I would not recommend WebHostingPad

Have you contacted our support team regarding the downtime? Do you have a ticket ID or anything else that would help us resolve the downtime issues?

Its going to be a good idea to contact webhostingpad and work with them to find the cause of the problem.
