The domain registrar internetbs.net seems to be down. Any problem with them?

Are they just a domain name register and not hosting company? And somewhere between whois records servers or dns servers in the whois listings they themselves are being ddos?

I just a few minute Live Chat with them. They said their DNS got DDoS at this time.

They didn't even bother notifying their customers. Which is pretty dissapointing to say the least.

Their live chat is based on a auto-replying machine. Pretty much the same thing comes as I tried to talk to it.
