Downtown Host - DDOS?

Anyone else having an issue with their IP's not working due to a current DDOS issue at DTH?

They did fix some of my IP's however not all are working and naturally the IP's for my nameservers are part of those still affected.

As a result mail and web traffic has been down for 24 hours with no response from Downtown Host. They closed my ticket with no update or response even though the issue was not resolved.

I've been with them for 2+ years without an issue and this recent problem is cause for concern. Their web chat doesn't work and their phone number goes right to voicemail.

If you've had a postitive experience with them thus far, I'd sit it out for a while. If they are truely under a DDOS attack then you should expect very slow support due to the fact that they'd have many angry customers.

Been out of the office traveling.

DTH did fix the issue and they were very responsive during the 30 hour DNS outage. Even though I host mail remotely the DNS outage affected a lot of mail users.

I'm looking into a backup solution now to prevent future issues.
