Other people have reported 403's in the past... sounds like they block certain ISPs for whatever reason...

Why keep assuming you think you know what we do, NO WE DON'T BLOCK ISPS we block IPs that have attacked our network (IP Blocks) only, not sure how you think we block entire ISPs?

Considering multiple people have came to WHT and said they can't reach your website, I would look into your systems. If you are only blocking people who attack your website, you seem to be blocking several innocent people as well.

A 403 forbidden is not going to prevent someone from attacking your website, you should atleast block it with iptables or a hardware firewall if you're going to go to the extent of blocking people.

Obviously there's a problem....

I highly doubt 3 of host-trackers nodes 'attacked' them in the past, yet they get 403's too..

Oh well, not a big deal.. If they don't want customers, better for the rest of us!

Loads fine for me, but I do believe they posted something a day ago about switching servers, so maybe everything hasn't fully propagated for them?

I'm a bit cynical here - you're absolutely right. There are far too many reports to suggest that there was no issue.

That being said due to the migration they're undergoing I'd like to imagine they're aware their primary site is down (IE: monitoring of sorts for anything beyond 200).

Regardless the outage seemed intermittent and didn't effect their shared services (I believe?) so it's not too big of a deal .

Aren't you a competitor, nerdie?
