Posted by prickett233, 06-06-2012, 06:39 AM
We are seeing an outage of our servers with Ubiquity Servers, their support portal is also down.

One of our servers is down too -- It's a shame we've had no problems with them EVER for about a year and a half now.

At least a dns issue, http://www.intodns.com/ubiquityservers.com

Quote:
SOA SOA record No valid SOA record came back!
MX MX Records Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers!
WWW WWW A Record ERROR: I could not get any A records for www.ubiquityservers.com!

(I only do a cache request, if you recently added a WWW A record, it might not show up here.)
and

Quote:
nslookup ubiquityservers.com 8.8.8.8
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

** server can't find ubiquityservers.com: SERVFAIL

I called and it appears to be an issue in Chicago. I have a bunch of systems offline.

The team is actively working on it. Support should be live again (ticket system), and they should be able to help with any outstanding issues. A RFO will be provided once a full review is done.

Their main site seems to be loading fine now.

Handled very well, appreciate the support of a solid team. Highly recommend Ubiquity and continue to preach how good they are at what they do.

A+ service guys
