is resellone.net dead?

Hello, This week I have been experiencing problems with resellone. The support email is not working (mails are bouncing) The billing departament is not answering. Does anybody know anything abot them?

I can recommend only one effective thing - go to the Softlayer website, open a live chat, then ask the representative to connect you with someone from the Resellone team. This is what I do when I need something from them. P.S: It may not work on weekends...
