This might be related to WebNX power issue here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...1162921&page=2

This may not be a gorillaservers.com issue Just checked the outage page and it looks like it may be a webnx problem.

Just got a response from one of their reps. Looks like they're coming back online soon

This is related to the WebNX power issue. GSI is a WebNX brand. The power issue has been resolved I believe, and they are currently restoring network connectivity.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are a client, please contact me directly for more information regarding any open tickets you have. I will be addressing customers directly today to assist with any ongoing issues.

i have 1 server too ... and its down
not a good impression on new customer....

just my tips

1.host your main site on some other network so you can provide status there or atleast your support will work. And also people will know you have not run away lol.

2.make a diff twitter if you already dont have gorillastatus and in deployment email advise users to follow it. There you can keep users updated :-)

Thank you for the tips.

All servers should be online, as the power was restored several hours ago. If you are still encountering problems please email our support department directly. Any posts on WHT will not be treated as a direct support request. Priority will of course go to our tickets and support requests first.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
